We looked at the place to make property investment in Turkey; Istanbul was always our first idea but spreading portfolio made logical sense. It is very clear that your company looks much further than just how property looks but for any investment the financial evaluations you make and detail is the only way any investor should take in to account.

It was such a relief after meeting your team over in Turkey that they carried on the excellent detailed information we were provided with before our viewing trip to Mersin. We had thought long and hard about location having viewed in all the usual places along the coast, Bodrum, Fethiye, Kalkan then Antalya, as nice as most of these places are we were looking for something that wasn’t possible in these places. Probably our own misconceptions and that now for the right property you indeed have to pay the price. We loved Kas having holidayed there many times but property prices are really so high, unless you settle for second or third best (as you know we didn’t want to do that).
Mersin was not initially on the radar at all really, but on the advice to holiday first before even considering buying there it not just made sense but went along with how your company operate the laid back and genuine approach is definitely the best. The new airport will be a big boost but we are glad that it is not open now, I can imagine once it does open the visitors will increase (along with property prices) please don’t tell everyone about this place.
We are all so pleased to have taken your advice for this area, with small coves or long sandy beaches it had everything. Having settled on the location we felt we were in Kas but without the price tag, we cannot wait for our next visit for our beach front property in Turkey, writing that makes me feel so good.
We cannot thank you enough for everything you have done, not just in finding our Villa but all the advice on everything else about Turkey. Thanks to you David and all your staff.

Wow, Wow and Wow, thank you once again for our amazing new apartment in Silifke, at that price we still can’t believe it and must admit we did think, what the problem is, sorry we were a bit sceptical after our problems in Spain!!.
Living virtually on the beach, full sea view, huge balconies and 4 bedrooms, dream come true. We drove to Adana yesterday and it’s amazing the shopping there and so cheap, I can’t believe the cost of things compared to England.

I absolutely adore Istanbul and have been there a few times. I was thinking of buying a property there for the last 2 years. It was hard for me to find one which met both my budget and criteria.
